Kate Sherford has worked in the bridal industry for eleven years and has designed her own collections of wedding gowns for the past seven. Every gown is handmade by a dedicated team of skilled cutters, seamstresses and hand beaders in Taunton, Somerset. Many of the designs include a level of corsetry that requires a very high standard of cut and fit. The design direction is soft and feminine incorporating asymmetric waistlines and big skirts with ruching, gathering and lace.

The success of the 2010 Collection is a further step in the establishment of Kate Sherford as a leading English wedding gown designer. Kate received recognition of her achievements when she was voted ‘Best New Bridalwear Designer’ in the Wedding Ideas magazine’s 2007 Awards.

For Kate her passion is to create a design signature that is firmly based on classically styled English handmade couture.

Prices start at £1,200.
Standard sizes are 10 to 18, although sizes 6 to 28 can be ordered: we also offer a full
made-to-measure service.
All of our retailers offer or can recommend a professional alteration service.
You should allow 12-16 weeks from our receipt of your order to delivery of the gown to the retailer.
